Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 October 2026

Short version

Premium renews monthly until you cancel. Check game rules before using automation and back up your PC before changing settings. Results vary. Your statutory consumer rights remain protected; the 14-day withdrawal right lapses once Premium access begins, as you accept at checkout.

1. Seller and agreement

Hype is operated by a private individual in Denmark; full seller details are listed under "Seller details" at the bottom of this page. Contact: hype-tweaks@outlook.com. These terms cover the Hype website and Windows software. Review the Privacy, Cookie and Refund policies before creating an account or subscribing.

You must be 18 or have appropriate parent or guardian permission. Use accurate account information and keep your credentials private.

2. Software and compatibility

Hype provides automation and Windows configuration tools. Some games prohibit macros, auto clickers and overlays; check their rules before using these features. Use can result in game-account restrictions.

Tweaks change computer settings. Back up important data and create a restore point before applying changes. Results vary by hardware, driver, game and Windows configuration; no FPS, latency or download-speed improvement is guaranteed.

Supported Windows versions are 10 and 11. Protected windows, anti-cheat software and platform updates may affect compatibility. A limitation does not remove rights if the product fails to match its description or other mandatory requirements.

3. Subscription, price and cancellation

Free and Premium have different feature access as shown in the plan comparison. Premium has a USD $5/month price including applicable taxes and renews automatically until cancelled. The final total must be displayed before payment is authorised.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Review the amount, billing interval and total at checkout. Cancel using Manage subscription in your account or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the paid period ends. See the Refund Policy for withdrawals, mistaken charges and remedies.

4. Right of withdrawal for digital content

Hype Premium is digital content delivered immediately after payment. Before checkout you must expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal therefore lapses when delivery begins (Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18(2)(13)). Your consent is recorded with the order and confirmed on the Stripe checkout and receipt.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights relating to digital content or services, including conformity, necessary updates, repair, price reduction or termination where applicable. Contact support if the software is faulty or materially differs from its description.

5. Licence and copyright

Access provides a personal, non-exclusive licence for the applicable plan period. Do not redistribute the software or share access in breach of the licence. Restrictions on modification or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law, including statutory interoperability exceptions.

Rights in original Hype content remain with the relevant rights holders. Third-party software, trademarks and assets remain subject to their own licences; no ownership of third-party works is claimed.

6. Updates and service changes

Updates made available within your plan are included without an extra update fee for both Free and Premium. This does not promise perpetual development or unlock Premium-only features for Free users.

Changes, suspension or discontinuation remain subject to applicable law and the rights attached to paid subscriptions. We will provide required notice and remedies for material changes and maintain any legally required updates.

7. Liability and termination

Use the software responsibly and follow game and platform rules. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee a particular performance result or accept liability for consequences outside our reasonable control.

No exclusion limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, fraud, or injury caused by negligence where protected by law. An arbitrary payment cap does not override those rights.

We may restrict accounts for substantiated misuse or licence violations, proportionately and subject to applicable rights. Contact support to challenge a restriction.

8. Law, complaints and changes

These terms use Danish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or court rights in their country of residence. Contact support first about complaints; eligible Danish complaints may be referred to Nævnenes Hus (naevneneshus.dk).

Material changes will be notified where required and do not retroactively remove accrued consumer rights. The date below identifies this version.
