Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026

Short version

No voluntary or goodwill refunds. Premium access starts immediately and renews monthly until cancelled. At checkout you request immediate delivery and accept that your 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once access begins. Mandatory remedies for faulty content and incorrect charges remain available.

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Hype Premium and any paid access bought through this website. It applies together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Premium is a digital product with access provided immediately after successful payment. We do not offer voluntary or goodwill refunds. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights described below.

Hype also has a free version. You can use it for as long as you like before paying anything, which means you can confirm the software works on your PC before you buy Premium.

2. Special rules on withdrawal for digital content

Normally consumers have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal lapses once delivery begins, provided you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of that right (Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18(2)(13)).

Before you can pay, the checkout requires you to tick a box requesting immediate delivery of Premium and confirming that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. Your consent is recorded with the order and repeated on the Stripe checkout and receipt. Because Premium is unlocked immediately after payment, purchases cannot be withdrawn.

3. Mandatory remedies and payment corrections

If content is faulty or does not conform to its description, applicable law may entitle you to a correction, price reduction or termination/refund. Contact us for help. Duplicate charges, unauthorised payments and charges after an effective cancellation are investigated and corrected as appropriate.

4. No discretionary refunds

Apart from mandatory remedies for faulty content and payment corrections, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for changing your mind, not using Premium, or cancelling after a billing period has started. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not itself refund an amount already paid.

Results and game compatibility vary. Requests are assessed against the product description and applicable consumer law; game restrictions and renewal cancellation do not automatically remove statutory remedies.

You may contact us to resolve payment problems, but contacting support is not a precondition for exercising lawful payment-dispute rights.

5. Cancelling your monthly plan

Hype Premium is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, with no fee and no notice period.

To cancel, use the Manage subscription button in your dashboard, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal, or email hype-tweaks@outlook.com from the address you bought with and ask us to cancel. We will confirm it in writing.

After cancelling you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for, and then your account automatically returns to the free version. Your account, settings and free features remain available.

6. How to request a refund

Refunds are only given for faulty content, duplicate or unauthorised charges, or where required by law. Email hype-tweaks@outlook.com from the email address you used to buy, and include the Stripe order or receipt reference and a short description of the problem. You can also reach us in our Discord, but email is the official channel for refunds.

We aim to reply promptly. If we approve it, the money is returned by Stripe to the original payment method, normally within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Who processes the payment

Stripe is our payment provider. Refunds are issued through Stripe back to your original payment method, and your bank statement shows the charge from our Stripe account.

We cannot refund to a different card, account or payment method than the one used for the purchase.

8. Price changes and failed payments

If we ever change the price of Premium, we tell you before it affects you, and you can cancel before the new price is charged.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it. If it keeps failing, your Premium access ends and your account returns to the free version.

9. Statutory rights and complaints

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence, including rights relating to faulty digital content.

If you are unhappy with how we handled a refund, reply to our email and ask for it to be reviewed again. EU/EEA consumers may also contact their national consumer authority or seek eligible alternative dispute resolution, including Nævnenes Hus in Denmark (naevneneshus.dk).
