Account and security storage

Hype uses browser storage for your requested sign-in session. It contains authentication tokens, not your password, and normally persists until you sign out, clear storage or the session expires. Security or hosting services may also use necessary storage to deliver and protect the website.

Your animation preference

If you pause animations, we store hype-motion-paused in local storage so your choice is remembered on this browser until you change it or clear storage. It is not used to track you.

Analytics and optional cookies

This website's application code does not install advertising pixels, Google Analytics or optional tracking cookies. Necessary storage for services you request does not normally require an opt-in banner under Danish cookie rules. We must reassess this before introducing optional tracking; any storage requiring consent must stay off until you accept it, with an equally available way to refuse and withdraw consent.

Hosting providers may generate operational logs or traffic statistics. Whether the published hosting configuration introduces additional browser tracking must be reviewed separately; a source-code audit alone cannot establish that.

Third-party services

Stripe checkout, Google sign-in and Discord open only when you choose them; there are no embedded videos or social feeds. Those services have their own privacy and cookie notices. Choosing AI chat sends the conversation to our AI service; no AI request is made just by opening the homepage.

Managing storage

You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Removing account storage signs you out; removing the animation preference resets that choice. Browser blocking can prevent sign-in or payment services from working.
